The candidate will be responsible for the effective implementation of new and improved manufacturing and logistic processes, using lean manufacturing techniques, to achieve the key objectives – Efficiency, Quality, Waste and Capacity.
The candidate will provide support and guidance to a team of Process Engineers ensuring that projects are completed to a high standard, within budget and in a timely manner.
The candidate will assist in the coordination of the capital spending program, insuring accuracy of Bills of Materials and routings within ERP system, and assisting in new product launch.

Primary goals for this role include:
- Establish and deliver Manufacturing Engineering strategy for the growth of the facility
- Ensure successful execution of Manufacturing Engineering projects
- Direct annual budget preparation through the development of capital projects/expenditures
- Support the Operations team through hands-on involvement on production floor focusing on cost, efficiency, and safety improvement projects
- Develop and own cost reduction projects from idea generation, business case development, project planning, tracking, execution and implementation
- Collaborate and work cross functionally with Product Development teams for sustaining and new product introduction initiatives
- Estimate manufacturing cost, evaluate time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines
- Create and sustain a successful culture of continuous improvement
La tua competenza
To be successful in the role we are looking for:
- Mechanical/Electric/Industrial Engineering degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the role within a manufacturing or operations environment
- Knowledge of Lean Methodologies
- Analytical Mindset
- Problem Solving Attitude
- Project Management
- Experience in measurement of cycle times
- Team Player
- Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
