The Product Marketing and Market Research Manager is responsible for the collection and organization of market intelligence, aiding in the assessment of product and service viability, enabling communications plans for go-to-market success, and helping to shepherd product concepts with cross-functional stakeholders. Facilitating effective go-to-market strategies and the assembly of marketing plans, the Product Marketing and Market Research Manager will drive communication of the features and benefits of new and enhanced offerings (products) to customers.

Your collaboration
- Represent the voice of the market and advocate for the specific needs of customers and prospects throughout APAC to ensure that we are developing customer-oriented solutions.
- Enable reporting on go-to-market strategies with a focus on our value proposition, ensuring the strategic objectives are the driving force behind the marketing initiatives.
- Leverage existing processes and technology tools to establish a proposal process, content archive, leverage preapproved responses, partner with cross functional teams, and ultimately deliver comprehensive proposals for customers.
- Communicate the vision and value of both pharmacy automation and transport automation products to the sales team, and develop multilingual sales tools that facilitate the selling process.
- Participate in the launch of new offerings, driving omnichannel marketing strategies and materials for targeted audiences.
- Assist with internal communications as related to product marketing and performance metrics.
- Create / aid in creating both sales and employee presentations.
- Leverage multiple tactics to gain customer and prospect insights, including but not limited to: interviews, surveys, focus groups, digital memberships and tools, and sales data analysis.
- Use market research data to support product pricing strategies and go to market strategies for all global regions.
- Create content and/or outlines for case studies, blogs, white papers and other collateral.
- Organize and coordinate APAC user group meetings, capturing notes and pertinent feedback.
- Research global competitor offerings, differentiators, and identify new technologies.
- Translate to and from English as needed to serve multiple audiences.
- Act as a detailed proofreader and copy editor.
- Repurposing unified messaging and product value proposition in scalable communications.
- Prioritize APAC region to have the highest marketing impact.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Your competence
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Experience with market research and market research tools, including analyzing data, organizing conclusions, and creating dashboards.
- High proficiency with both verbal and written communication.
- Proven organizational skills and project management experience.
- Skilled planning and execution of omni channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge of digital tools and channels such as Adobe Suite, Microsoft 365, Social Media platforms, Marketing Analytics.
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a relative position and work environment.
- Aptitude and interest in acquiring knowledge about Swisslog Healthcare's pharmacy automation technology and transport automation solutions, including software, as well as healthcare markets.
Desirable, but not Essential:
- Healthcare experience.
- Institutional work experience in B2B technology or software environment.
- Work in a distributor model or support of a distributor model.
