Marvin Weinmeyer, Head of Customer Care GAS

As Head of Customer Care GAS at Swisslog Healthcare, Marvin is responsible for the customer service and the project realization in Germany and Switzerland. He and his service team focus on improving our health care systems to ensure that patients receive the best possible medical support with a minimum of risk. Therefore, it is important to him and his team to be always available to our customers in the case of questions or technical issues.

Master in well organized and good structured working
Strongly solution-oriented so that medical samples can always be safely transported through hospitals

Even before Marvin's journey started 2017 in the Customer Care team at Swisslog Healthcare, his professional interest was already focused on automation solutions. At the past, he was involved in the assembly of automated production lines in the car industry. So, today he combines his profound knowledge from the automotive industry with his current tasks. And by the way, cars were not only of professional interest, but are still his passion today.
